Staff Profiles – Dealing with Stress

I deal with stress by:

  • I read quite a lot and that helps me de-stress at the end of a long day. Sometimes it helps to just sit down and have a brownie after a hard call too.
  • Spending time with my family/friends, exercising, crafts, reading, NOT talking on the phone
  • Cooking for my kids! We get together as much as we can (usually over Football!). I always try new recipes out on them! I also go to a lot of thrift stores. I have way too much stuff!
  • Travel, Reading fantasy books, working out, hanging out with my cats and family, and breathing exercises sometimes!
  • I like to practice deep breathing exercises and doing internal meditation while at work.
  • Spending time with friends and family, doing crafts, reading.
