Do you want an exciting career that also makes a real difference in people’s lives?
We’re Looking for Someone Who Wants to Make a Difference!
Have We Found That Person in You?
The Red River Regional Dispatch Center (RRRDC) provides emergency and non-emergency services for fifty-seven Public Safety agencies in our area. We answer hundreds of calls per day, both emergency 9-1-1 calls and administrative type calls. We handle emergency radio communications for law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies in all of Cass County, ND and Clay County, MN.
Each day in our center is an adventure because no two days are alike, and no one can predict what the next phone call will bring. A fire? A robbery? A daring rescue? Or just someone who doesn’t know where else to turn?
As you can probably guess, handling the variety of challenges we face every day requires special people with special skills – and you could be one of them!
RRRDC has a staff of 41 full-time employees, which includes the Director, Assistant Director, Radio Systems Coordinator and 36 Communications Operators.
